This course teaches students to find human patterns within group behaviors. These patterns are discovered by applying scientific strategies to social situations and by understanding the influence of social situations. The social issues that are studied include culture, gender, race relations, social stratification as well as other contemporary topics. In addition to search for patterns in society, student development, self-awareness by analyzing how these social institutions have socially affected them and their behavior.
